Comfortable place to stay while in Rotorua. Magnificent, easy location in Rotorua, really close to various shops, bars, restaurants and the Tourist information centre and restaurants and shops. Also, in the city centre.

Beds were too soft.

The hotel was stunningly beautiful with a lot of reasonably large and absolutely perfect rooms. Accommodating staff gave advice on things to do. I really enjoyed the room with bunk beds, the bed was extremely comfy. I had a great experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it.

we were offered a twin room complete with the bathroom and queen bed, for instance. all the personnel was outstandingly accommodating and really accommodating. the location was favourable, within walking distance of rotorua district council.

We greatly enjoyed our 3 nights at Kiwi As Guest House in Rotorua. the hotel's central location made it convenient for us to walk to attractions like Arawa War Memorial Statue. - Being within walking distance to restaurants and a stadium added to our lovely stay.

The place is conveniently located close to the city center, supermarkets, and Eat Streat, making it easy to access.

The room was bright and quiet, with a comfortable bed and a bathroom. the staff were fairly friendly and extremely helpful. the location was great, just a few steps away from everything we wanted to do.
